  1. Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  2. Design plans and strategies to optimize product distribution across all regions or areas in Indonesia.
  3. Supervise and empower the Offline Sales Department optimally.
  4. Conduct recruitment, training, and development of the Sales Team.
  5. Set individual and area team targets, and provide support to achieve these targets.
  6. Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs and competitors at a national level.
  7. Use market data to identify sales opportunities and address challenges.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with distributors or third party partners with national coverage.
  9. Optimize supply chain and distribution to ensure product availability in the market.
  10. Collect and analyze sales data to evaluate Sales team performance and design improvement and evaluation strategies.
  11. Compile periodic reports for management and board of directors, providing updates on target achievement and sales initiatives.
  12. Work closely with Brand Marketing, Production or SCM, and FAT departments to ensure the sustainability and smooth running of national sales operations.
  13. Coordinate with other departments to respond to market changes and customer needs.
  14. Manage the national sales budget to ensure efficient and effective resource allocation.
  15. Develop budget projections and oversee expenditure to ensure adherence to agreed plans.
  16. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and major channels at a national level.
  17. Respond to customer inquiries, feedback or complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
  18. Manage national pricing strategy to maximize profit and maintain competitiveness in the market.
  19. Seek opportunities for innovation in sales and distribution processes.
  20. Drive performance and efficiency improvements within the national sales team.


  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  3. In-depth understanding of the healthcare supplements market, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  4. Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve goals and objectives.
  5. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  8. Track record of delivering results and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  10. Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
