About the Role
You’ll play a key role in ensuring execution across Dealls and KantorKu runs smoothly and on track. As Project Manager, you’ll help teams stay aligned, organized, and accountable — making sure priorities are clearly tracked and delivered on time.
This role is focused on coordination, clarity, and follow-through across multiple teams and initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Join cross-functional meetings and document key decisions, action items, owners, and timelines.
- Maintain clear tracking of ongoing initiatives and ensure visibility across teams.
- Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Collect and consolidate weekly progress updates from teams.
- Identify delays or blockers and support teams in resolving them.
- Escalate issues when needed to keep projects on track.
- Help maintain alignment across teams on priorities and execution timelines.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in project coordination, operations, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Clear and structured communication skills.
- Proactive and comfortable following up to ensure completion.
- Able to work across teams and interact with different levels of stakeholders.
