- Analyze current business processes to identify areas requiring updates, propose improvements to leadership, and ensure processes align with business growth and needs.
- Evaluate existing workflows to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, improving overall efficiency.
- Develop work plans to complete business process documentation within established timelines, ensuring they serve as accurate references.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to update business processes, ensuring stakeholders clearly understand and correctly implement the changes.
- Design and conduct socialization initiatives for updated business processes to ensure teams at Erha Clinic Group comprehend the changes effectively.
- Coordinate with the document controller team to confirm that all business processes are accompanied by official documentation reflecting the current practices.
- Create, revise, and finalize documents related to business processes, ensuring they serve as reliable references for stakeholders in daily operations.
- Ensure that process changes or additions comply with applicable regulations and standards.
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Management, or Information Systems.
- 1–2 years of experience in business process roles.
- Solid knowledge of the dermatology business.
- Proficiency in Business Process Mapping and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
