Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Analyze and map current business processes across functions (e.g., supply chain, finance, sales) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Design and implement streamlined processes using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
Integrate Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) requirements into new and existing processes, ensuring alignment with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Partner with Risk, Internal Audit, and Legal teams to assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and enhance policy compliance across operations.
Monitor key process and risk-related KPIs, measure ROI of improvement projects, and provide regular updates to management.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, or internal controls in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in GRC implementation or risk-based process design is a must.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (certification is a plus), and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong communication and project management skills.
