- Mendampingi user dalam proses pembuatan flow process (baru maupun existing) bersama fungsi terkait
- Membantu memfasilitasi penyusunan proses kerja yang baru (flow chart)
- Membantu mengecek kesesuaian pemetaan proses bisnis dengan uraian prosedur pada bisnis dengan uraian prosedur pada dokumen SOP perusahaan
- Membantu update monitoring tools yang digunakan di Departemen Business Proses & Standardization
