- BPMN: Familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0.
- Data Analysis: Strong skills in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Systems: Familiarity with BPM software (Process Street), ERP systems (SAP), or CRM platforms (ServiceNow).
Kualifikasi
- Process Mapping and Documentation: Creating detailed flowcharts, diagrams (BPMN), and documentation of current workflows to identify pain points and bottlenecks.
- Analysis and Improvement: Analyzing performance data and metrics to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Interviewing employees and managers to understand requirements and gathering feedback to ensure improvements meet business needs.
- Implementation and Support: Developing and implementing new, streamlined processes, including conducting workshops and managing change.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking the success of updated processes through KPIs and reporting findings to leadership.
