About the Role
Youâll engage payroll bureaus, tax consultants, financial service providers, and other ecosystem players that help companies run their HR operations more efficiently. As Business Partnership Specialist, your goal is to identify, approach, and build win-win partnerships with them.
What Youâll Do
- Identify and evaluate potential partners (payroll agencies, tax consultants, accounting firms, financial service providers).
- Initiate outreach, schedule meetings, and present KantorKuâs partnership value proposition.
- Negotiate terms, draft collaboration scopes, and coordinate with legal/finance for agreements.
- Maintain a clear database of ongoing and potential partnerships, including contact status and performance tracking.
- Work closely with product and sales teams to align integrations or bundled offerings.
- Monitor partner satisfaction, performance, and renewal opportunities.
- Represent KantorKu in external events, business discussions, and B2B collaborations.
Kualifikasi
What Weâre Looking For
- 2â4 years experience in partnerships, business development, or B2B relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Structured thinker who can manage multiple discussions and follow-ups.
- Comfortable with outreach and building relationships from scratch.
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, or SaaS ecosystem (or eagerness to learn fast).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English preferred.
Bonus Points
- Existing network in HR, accounting, or tax service industries.
- Experience in SaaS or startup partnerships.
- Familiarity with contracts, pricing structures, and revenue-share models.
