Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identifying, building, developing, and managing collaborations with various parties in joint promotional programs with existing and potential partners.
- Assisting specific needs and business analysis to provide promotional programs that align with customer needs.
- Developing business concepts and promotional programs by analyzing competitor movements, consumer behavior, and other evaluation results.
- Supporting the development of business concepts and promotional programs with business partners, both on a regular and seasonal basis, to strengthen and maintain good relationships with partners.
- Coordinating with business teams and operational teams to ensure the successful execution of promotional programs.
- Developing processes, data, tools, and people development initiatives to optimize the business development workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (Undergraduate degree) in business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience working with external partners, merchants, or vendors in managing joint promotional activities is a strong advantage.
- Having strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools, presentation tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Highly collaborative and able to work with various stakeholders internally and externally.
- Detail‑oriented, structured, and organized in managing multiple promotional programs at once.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work both individually and teamwork.
- Willing to commit to at least a 6-month internship.”
