Responsibilities

Analyze business performance and provide strategic recommendations.
Develop and optimize workflows to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with finance, marketing, and HR teams to align business strategies.
Conduct industry trend analysis and provide data-driven insights.
Manage relationships with vendors and business partners to support operations.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of operational management, business analysis, and corporate strategy.
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Experience in the printing, agency, or media industry is a plus.
