The Operations Manager at Fett Music is a critical leadership role responsible for optimizing the company's operational efficiency and contributing to its growth. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with Fett Music’s goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations effectively.
- Ensure efficient workflows and timely task completion.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Business Operations department and cross-functional teams.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Implement best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure accurate collection, entry, and maintenance of artist data.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
- Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, budget, and technology.
- Ensure all operations comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
- Generate regular reports on operational performance and productivity.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) actively and implement data-driven improvements.
- Report directly to the executive team to develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Address and resolve operational issues.
- Provide guidance and solutions to the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Statistics, or related fields.
- 5+ years in operations management, ideally in music, tech, data science, entertainment/media, finance, or consulting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- High accuracy in data management and quality assurance.
- Effective written and verbal communication for reporting and collaboration.
- Proficient in English; German proficiency desirable.

Fett Music is a young and ambitious international music management company based in Germany with an outpost in Bali. Our two business scopes are artist & copyright royalty management. On the copyright side, we work with about 80 artists from different genres and collect their copyright royalties. We appreciate a family-style atmosphere and support working remotely whenever it makes sense for the company. In Berlin, Germany, we have an office space and in Bali, Indonesia, we use to work at a co-working space. Our team operates in a dynamic international setting, with members based in Germany, and Bali.
