Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Work closely with the on-site telemarketing teams in Indonesia to support daily operations
- Help monitor team performance and suggest ways to improve results
- Assist in analyzing business and call center data to identify trends and support decision-making
- Support training sessions and help team members improve their skills based on performance insights
- Learn and use CRM systems to help manage communications and reporting
- Coordinate with other departments, including post-loan operations and the HQ team, to ensure smooth collaboration
- Understand the basic flow of telemarketing processes and be proactive in supporting the team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree from any major (preferably in Business, Management, Communications, or related fields)
- Effective communication skills in English – both written and spoken, to coordinate with HQ and cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data tools
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to interpret data and monitor performance trends to support operational improvements
- High attention to detail and ensure accuracy in tracking agent performance and reporting
- Team player, comfortable working collaboratively with internal departments and field teams
