- Manage and optimize daily trading and supply chain operations for agricultural commodities and animal feed.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Analyze market trends, business reports, and key performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality control, and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational e;iciency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in agribusiness operations, trading, or supply chain management.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of agricultural commodity trading, supply chain processes, and feed production.
- Passion for sustainable agribusiness and operational excellence.
