Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support cross-department communication between Indonesia and HQ teams (Mandarin–English–Bahasa)
- Translate and interpret business documents, reports, and meetings
- Prepare and maintain data, reports, and documentation to support daily operations
- Coordinate ongoing projects and ensure timely completion of business initiatives
- Participate in process improvement and efficiency enhancement across departments
Kualifikasi
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and good command of English
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn new systems or processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment
Preferred (Strong Plus) Qualifications
These skills are not mandatory but will be considered a significant advantage:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or Data-related fields
- 1+ year experience in collection operations (preferably in fintech or financial services)
- Data Analysis: Proficient in Excel/SQL, able to interpret dashboards and identify optimization points
- Process Management: Understand the collection process flow (M0–M2) and capable of proposing SOP improvements
- System Operation: Familiar with collection systems, training platforms, or data dashboard tools
