Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Memonitoring order service Instan yang sedang berjalan secara daily (ada potensi masuk di weekend)
- Memastikan order Instan segera di proses oleh tim Ops dan sesuai dengan SLA yang ada
- Menganalisa performance service Instan secara daily, weekly, dan Monthly
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Sarjana) atau masih menempuh pendidikan S1 (Sarjana)
- Familiar dengan Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Lookup, dll)
- Komunikasi, Dapat berkoordinasi ataupun kolaborasi dengan tim Ops dilapangan
