Business Operation Comprehensive (English Speaker)

Job Summary: As the Comprehensive Operations, you’ll play a key role in overseeing and optimizing the operations of our collection and telemarketing teams. You’ll work closely with various departments, including HR and finance, to ensure our teams run smoothly, efficiently. This position involves data-driven decision-making, managing team dynamics.

What You'll Do:

Team Support and Coordination:

• Assist in the development and execution of operational processes for the call center.
• Support the reward and punishment system to ensure timely recognition of outstanding employees and address underperformance.
• Coordinate team-building activities to boost morale and improve team dynamics.
• Work closely with the HR team on recruitment efforts and contribute to optimizing the training system to enhance overall team performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Regularly evaluate and track team performance using data to identify issues or areas for improvement.
• Generate performance reports for leadership, offering insights and potential solutions to help drive operational improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of performance metrics and data to support strategic decision-making.

Business Cooperation:

• Handle cost settlement and payment for outsourcers, as well as the introduction of new outsourcers. This includes business negotiations and contract follow-up.
