Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Develop and maintain BI solutions, such as dashboards, reports, and visualizations, to support decision-making.
  2. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  3. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into the BI system.
  4. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
  5. Design and implement solutions using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
  6. Customize and optimize dashboards to meet user needs.
  7. Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and provide actionable insights.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate BI tools with existing systems
  9. Monitor and improve the performance of BI systems and data queries.
  10. Conduct testing and debugging to ensure system efficiency.
  11. Stay updated on emerging BI tools and technologies.
  12. Participate in training sessions and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  13. Provide support for BI users and troubleshoot any issues they encounter.
  14. Assist in the maintenance of BI systems and processes.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
  3. Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
  4. Strong understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  5. Experience with ETL processes and working with large datasets.
  6. Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server.
  7. Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
  8. Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  9. Keen attention to detail for ensuring data accuracy and quality.
  10. Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
  11. Proven ability to work under deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
