Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and implement metrics and models to evaluate business performance and market trends.
- Provide actionable insights to drive business decisions, optimize product offerings, and identify emerging market opportunities
- Create reports and presentations based on data-driven insights to business leaders that simplify complex data findings for making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with leaders to define a data-driven insight strategy and explore solutions that can enhance business efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Finance, Economics or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role, preferably within the FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce industry
- Proficiency with reporting software like Tableau and a strong understanding of databases and SQL
- Strong understanding of business operations and how data-driven insights can improve overall performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work with various business units and stakeholders.
- Analytical, diligent, and rigorous in your approach to problems
- Curiosity about data and a passion for finding answers hidden in data set
- Bonus points for experience in consulting, operations, statistics, predictive analytics, or SaaS
