Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead the implementation team in executing hospital digitalization projects from kickoff to go-live.
- Serve as the Person in Charge (PIC) for planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation projects.
- Prepare resource plans, timelines, and training requirements for hospitals.
- Responsible for the growth and development of the team (coaching, performance evaluations, one-on-one sessions).
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (product, development, QA) and external parties (hospitals, vendors, client PICs).
- Assist in escalating both technical and non-technical issues during implementation in a timely and solution-oriented manner.
- Analyze hospital business processes and align them with system solutions.
- Document processes and provide regular progress reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management or system implementation (preferably in the healthcare sector).
- Proven experience in leading teams and conducting coaching/one-on-one sessions.
- Capable of creating project plans and managing timelines.
- Familiar with hospital systems such as SIMRS, EMR, HIS.
- Communicative, solution-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally (with product, development, and clients).
