- Develop and Manage Budget & Operating Plans for Business Initiatives
- Establish the key metrics measurement process to define the success level of every initiative
- Manage business performance through financial forecasting and actual performance analysis
- Identify opportunities to drive growth and prioritize them to maximize medium and long-term goals
- Provide valuable insights and direction based on data-driven decisions
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably majoring in Business/Economics/Finance/Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years working experience in business and financial analysis related field
- Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
- Enjoy working with numbers
- Strong and enthusiastic team player with a growth mindset and also a can-do attitude
- Basic/Intermediate data analysis skills using Excel or Google Spreadsheet
