Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage strategic partnerships with OEM partners (e.g., Samsung, LG, and leading Chinese brands) at a senior stakeholder level
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitality partners (hotels, hospitals, etc.), including key accounts such as VNT, Varnion, and Melvar
- Collaborate closely with regional and channel leaders within Erafone (Regions 4, 5, and 6) to drive business growth and expansion
- Identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen existing channels to maximize revenue potential
- Drive end-to-end partnership strategies, from negotiation to execution and performance monitoring
- Ensure alignment between partners and internal teams to deliver business objectives effectively
Kualifikasi
- Female candidate preferred
- 3–4 years of experience in sales, particularly in partnership or channel sales roles
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple high-level partnerships
