Job Description

Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs.
Analyze competitors and market positioning to support strategic planning.
Implement business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Identify, approach, and secure potential clients and partners.
Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate business deals.
Support sales initiatives to achieve revenue and financial targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Assess business risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi

Job Qualification

2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in strategic partnerships, key account handling, and pipeline management
Background in B2B sales is highly preferred (B2C depending on industry)
