Job Description

  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Analyze competitors and market positioning to support strategic planning.
  • Implement business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify, approach, and secure potential clients and partners.
  • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate business deals.
  • Support sales initiatives to achieve revenue and financial targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assess business risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi

Job Qualification

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in strategic partnerships, key account handling, and pipeline management
  • Background in B2B sales is highly preferred (B2C depending on industry)
