Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor and communicate every program from and/or to partners to be implemented.
- Check and record every program completion process (bills, exposure reports, etc.)
- Monitor end to end process of the team's daily operations in business units.
- Update operational content in business units.
- Identify business processes in business units for improvement.
- Maintain good relations with external parties.
- Analyze company needs and potential partnerships.
- Build and initiate relationships with potential partners.
- Create strategies for partner relationship development.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major, Fresh Graduate are open to apply
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in sales are or business development,
- Have good knowledge in the digital ecosystem and e-commerce industry.
- Good communication skills and fast learner.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work individually or in a team.
- Able to work with targets.
- Having previous online/offline retail business experience is a plus.
