Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers across electronics manufacturing and related industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable PCB solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and production teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Strategic Sales.
- Experience within the PCB, Electronics Manufacturing, EMS, Semiconductor, Industrial Components, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage strategic customer relationships.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
