Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company’s IT products and services (such as website development, web applications, and business systems).
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry opportunities.
- Perform prospecting activities through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and networking to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs.
- Present and explain the company’s IT solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the technical or project team to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements.
- Maintain and update lead data and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets while staying updated on technology trends and competitors in the IT industry.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar role, preferably in B2B environment (experience in IT industry is a plus).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage potential clients and understand business needs to identify solution opportunities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
- Familiar with CRM or sales pipeline tools is a plus.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good time management and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
