Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and build strong relationships with licensed crypto exchange (CEX) partners.
- Negotiate and execute IDR/USDT trades to secure competitive FX rates across platforms.
- Coordinate trade approvals and settlements with internal Product Ops teams.
- Monitor market rates and liquidity to support treasury planning and pricing decisions.
- Support onboarding of new partners and merchants, ensuring smooth and compliant go-lives.
Kualifikasi
- 2+ years of experience in BD, payments, FX, crypto, or fintech sectors.
- Skilled in partner/vendor negotiation and trade execution.
- Familiar with crypto trading platforms (mobile & desktop) and rate discovery.
- Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Based in Jakarta, open to on-site work (WFO) and after hours for live trading windows support.
