Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and approach potential B2B partners such as MT/GT outlets, salons, and resellers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and partner feedback to optimize sell-through.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales admin, supply chain, marketing) to support partner needs.
- Conduct regular visits and market checks to strengthen presence and gather insights.
Kualifikasi
- 1-3 years experience in offline B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or retail.
- Confident in dealing with various types of partners — from retail chains to small businesses.
- Willing to travel regularly for partner visits and sales outreach.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and growing distribution.
