Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Acquire and retain quality suppliers that have competitive pricing, high fulfillment, and preferable ones that have served MT (Modern Trade) market.
- Manage sales and profitability of assigned MT accounts.
- Acquisition of MT accounts and FMI (Food Manufacturing Industry)
- Responsible for timely AR payment from managed MT and FMI accounts.
- Regular site visit to new and existing suppliers and customers.
- Conduct joint business program with suppliers and customers to achieve growth milestones.
- Work closely with commercial, sourcing, and operations team to ensure seamless delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the Modern Trade or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the Modern Trade ecosystem, including suppliers and buyers.
- Proven track record of managing accounts and achieving sales growth.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing payment collection processes (AR).
- Willingness to travel frequently for site visits to suppliers and customers.
