  • Identify new opportunities to grow the business and expand the market
  • Prospect and pitch to potential sales leads and also maintain the leads
  • Prospect partnership leads for Partnership Division to execute
  • Develop effective sales strategies to promote and sell the agency services (KOL, SMM, Campaign, In-House Production)
  • Manage end-to-end project on an ongoing project
  • Negotiate sales contracts and business terms with clients


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years' prior industry-related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
