• Successfully identify, manage and develop a customer pipeline of transformational deals in chosen sectors
• Work with existing and target accounts to drive commercial propositions that maximises eCommerce fulfillment warehouse & transport departments customers value
• Provide drive and constructive challenge to the eCommerce fulfillment warehouse & transport leadership team to develop and deliver continued IBP growth and compelling business growth strategies for its chosen markets
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Work with senior management to set sales targets and create a roadmap for growth of eCommerce fulfillment warehouse & transport (including DFN)
Kualifikasi
• Experience in managing or working within eCommerce platforms, including knowledge of online sales processes, logistics, and customer service.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing, to effectively drive traffic and sales
• Understanding of supply chain dynamics and logistics, which are crucial for eCommerce operations
• Minimum 5 years operation/ strategy consulting, consultative sales, corporate planning or business development experience
• Strong understanding of eCommerce business models and fulfillment challenges with existing network of contacts within the eCommerce industry
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and fulfillment management systems would be beneficial
• 3PL work experience in business development or procurement function, solution design experience would be beneficial.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
