We are starting with Incentro Indonesia, the newest member of the Incentro International group, and launching our Mendix proposition right from the start. This is your chance to join our team early and become part of that success!

By way of introduction: you will join Incentro, one of the nicest (GreatPlaceToWork Awards for consecutive years) and innovative consultancy clubs with offices in The Netherlands, Spain, and Kenya. Divided into cells, we ensure that we keep the lines short, do not create too much overhead in the organization, and can switch quickly. Doing this gives our colleagues the freedom and responsibility to shape their success. We call this intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship—and is of paramount importance to us. Within Incentro, globally, we advise, design, and build the coolest low-code applications on the Mendix platform for major clients, such as Siemens, Continental, Generali, Hellofresh, the ANWB & Sanquin. Incentro Indonesia plans to enter the APAC region by continuing our partnership with Mendix and landing our own APAC clients to the ever-growing list of Mendix clients we have. Mendix is an all-in-one high-productivity software development platform that allows you to create, deploy, maintain, and improve mobile and web apps at scale. It’s been designed to support companies in fast-tracking the process of application delivery across the whole lifecycle management process – from ideation to the deployment and maintenance stages. As a cloud-native solution, it also enables you to deploy the created apps on-premise or on any cloud with ease. Because of Incentro’s already well-established offices, you can use the strength of a large organization (500+). Within the bigger world of Incentro, we will start building our own Incentro Indonesia team to shape the commercial future of our business in APAC. We are therefore looking for someone who has experience in the world of consultancy and IT service providers and who knows how to expand his/her contacts within our focus market segments. Someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone, who uses LinkedIn, who gets satisfaction from bringing in new logos, and who likes to sit down with an IT manager, technician, and director to make deals!

For this position you will work closely with our Incentro Indonesia director, acting on leads from our Mendix Singapore partnership and furthering our partner relationship with them. Our goal is to start bringing in our own leads and prospects. We will skip the usual "you are commercial, communicative, etc." for now, this is inherent to this role.

Your main responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Kualifikasi

So what do you distinguish yourself in:

  • This is not your first rodeo, you already have sales experience at an IT consultancy firm, SaaS solutions, or similar services on your resume
  • Experience with complex DMUs (decision-making units) and sales processes
  • Knows how to build new networks within Enterprise organizations at different levels
  • Discussion partner for both senior technicians and IT & project managers
  • Understands the importance of good partner management, also recognizes her needs, and takes this relationship into account when closing great deals
  • Our first-year sales will mainly be deploying people on client projects, but you know how to sell our services and offer this in project form as well
  • You are not afraid to head up this new company by working closely with our director
  • You must be enterprising, not afraid of having a lot of freedom of choice and the responsibility that comes with it
  • You must be fluent in English

What would be really nice:

  • You already know the world of low code (Mendix, OutSystems, ThinkWise, etc.)
  • Proven experience doing sales in the APAC region, mainly Singapore and Indonesia
  • 'Sustainable growth' is your middle name. You want to keep developing, for thelonger term
  • You like to grab this role with both hands and seize opportunities to further develop yourself commercially
  • We are planning on growing Incentro Indonesia fast, being there at the start and helping us shape it puts you in a unique position
  • You could be running our second cell in Asia in the long term, or managing an entire department as Head of Sales
