What you will do:
- Recruit new insurance agents and establish strong relationship with clients;
- Develop and manage sales plan and strategy, develop sales channel;
- Meet and exceed KPIs through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics;
- Prepare weekly and monthly report; and
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Reach GWP USD 2,000,000 target with margin 50,000
Kualifikasi
What will you need :
- Good network in the market
- Technical Insurance Skills
- Insurance Product Knowledge.
- Preferable have both Life & General Insurance Experience
- Understand the Market Mechanism & Competition
- Negotiation Skill
- Mature & good interpersonal Skill
- Hardworking & Team Player
- Honest & high Integrity
