Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Building, developing, and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
Identifying new business opportunities and the most effective approach to pursue them.
Building and managing client pipelines, and closing deals.
Achieving business development targets.
Working closely and coordinating with the product and business team in VIDA.
Analyzing customer feedback data to improve and expand our offerings and deepen our relationships.
Providing insights into product development and competitive positioning.
Leading the Business Development team (for senior hire).

Kualifikasi

Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Have a strong track record of following through on tasks and closing deals.
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships.
Strong ability to adapt, and can handle ambiguities within a startup environment.
Excellent communicator and can work well with cross-functional teams.
Strong interest in the technology industry, in particular in personal data protection and digital identity.
Have a growth mindset – willing to try something new and different to get things done.
Demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks, a self-starter who thrives on autonomy when working towards a goal.
If you are a senior hire, you will need experience in managing a team.
