Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans
Drive lead generation and acquire potential clients
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Create compelling business proposals and presentations
Set and achieve sales and revenue targets
Negotiate deals and contract agreements
Assess financial feasibility and risks of potential projects
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
Mentor and guide senior and junior level team members
Oversee daily technical operations and project management

Kualifikasi

5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in strategic partnerships, key account handling, and pipeline management
Background in B2B sales is highly preferred (B2C depending on industry)
