  1. Ensure the smooth execution of visa processing services, working closely with various operational teams to maintain high service standards.
  2. Identify and implement improvements in workflows and operational processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and foster collaboration.

  5. Prepare reports and analyses on business development performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform operational strategies and identify new opportunities.
  7. Mentor and support operational team members, providing training and guidance to enhance skills and performance.
  8. Monitor operational budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
  9. Work closely with business development and marketing teams to align operational capabilities with growth initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Significant experience in a business development role, preferably within the visa, travel, or immigration industry.
  3. Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide and inspire cross-functional teams.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  5. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making and attention to detail.
  6. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  7. Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
