Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Mapping and Creating a Business Strategy Plan to go into the Market
- Creating Marketing Promotion and Trade Marketing Plan
- Responsible for achieving KPI Sales Retail and Fleet Customers (registered buyer and total amount)
- Expand and Develop Product E-Commerce Suppliers (Distributors, Part Importer, manufacturer)
- Ensure Stock Forecast from Supplier to fulfill buyers' demand
- Creating Standard of Procedure (SOP) for Claim Handling, Delivery SLA, etc
- Negotiate best price, campaign support, and part handling with Seller / Suppliers
Kualifikasi
- Having 7+ Years of working experience, with a proven track record of a minimum of 3 years in senior/middle management role
- Strong Understanding of the automotive industry (commercial Vehicle), including market trends, technologies, and regulations
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Strong Analytical Thinking and Negotiation
- Excellent of managing triangle project management (Budget, People, Scope)
