Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored leasing solutions.
- Promote leasing products and services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to clients based on their financial goals.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and industry developments.
- Open new accounts and assist customers with account-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with leasing policies and regulations.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
- Prepare reports on marketing activities, customers’ portfolio, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- More than 3 years of working experience in banking or leasing, with a focus on business analysis, SLIK reporting, or contract compliance and maintenance.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work under direction and meet deadlines.
- Excellent initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
