Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Generate leads and conduct cold calls to acquire new B2B clients
  • Analyze client needs and create customer personas for better targeting
  • Able to develop and execute mini initiatives or programs to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Build relationships with potential clients and decision-makers
  • Track performance and report on lead conversion and sales results
  • Independent and able to work under minimal supervision

Kualifikasi

  • At least an internship experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales
  • Any educational background welcome
  • Excellent English skills (speaking and writing)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Committed to a 3-month program
  • Proven track record of meeting targets
