- Generate leads and conduct cold calls to acquire new B2B clients
- Analyze client needs and create customer personas for better targeting
- Able to develop and execute mini initiatives or programs to achieve KPIs and targets
- Build relationships with potential clients and decision-makers
- Track performance and report on lead conversion and sales results
- Independent and able to work under minimal supervision
Kualifikasi
- At least an internship experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales
- Any educational background welcome
- Excellent English skills (speaking and writing)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Committed to a 3-month program
- Proven track record of meeting targets
