General Business Development

  • Executing the various go-to-market strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Achieve activities per day/week/month set together with the team
  • Track the in-bound and out-bound leads through company’s CRM
  • Handle in-bound leads and identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer through scheduled meetings
  • Determine the prospect's interest in Stendard’s product and services
  • Develop proposals and quotations for prospects and achieve to close the deal based on targets set with management
  • Ensure proper handing over of a confirmed project over to the consulting/operation teams
  • Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
  • Handle customer retention programme
  • Maintain good customer relationship and handle enquiries from both online/offline channels and route them to team members for support
  • Execute the forecasting of the adoption of Stendard’s product and services
  • Together with BD and Marketing Manager - develop, execute, evaluate, and improve the business development process within the company

Business Development of Stendard Solution

  • Execute outreach in various industry verticals to introduce Stendard Solution
  • Perform the demonstration of the use of Stendard Solution relevant to the client’s needs
  • Being able to identify the user needs and deliver how Stendard Solution benefits the clients

Marketing Support

  • Support a B2B brand and marketing activities for the target audience (including blog posts, website, infographics, ebooks, reports, whitepapers, videos, etc), done by various department and external service provider
  • Develop marketing materials (online and offline), including brochures, EDM (require photos or gifs) etc. for products and services of Stendard, together with various team member.
  • Organise and coordinate online (e.g., webinars) and offline events

Kualifikasi

Qualifications

  • Any degree with min. 1 year of experience in the industry
  • Previous experience supporting company in business development, partnership and/or marketing activities in a business to business (B2B) space, preferably having prior regional sales and marketing experience
  • An excellent collaborator, problem solver, and ability to work on cross-functional teams, problem solving, and working as a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • A strong problem solver with a proactive, energetic and hustling mindset to lead a business development and marketing team in achieving goals
  • A Growth Mindset
  • Passionate: about the industry and taking the heart to balance holistic views from both internal and customer’s perspective
