Kompetisi Futsal Indonesia (KFI) is dedicated to growing futsal into one of Indonesia’s most dynamic and community-driven sports. Through exciting competitions, digital engagement, and strategic brand collaborations, KFI connects players, fans, and partners across the nation.
We’re expanding fast — and we’re looking for a driven Business Development & Partnership Associate to help us build meaningful connections with brands and partners who believe in the power of sport to inspire and unite communities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact in the sports industry.
You’ll support the partnership and business development team in identifying new commercial opportunities, managing sponsor relationships, and helping bring creative collaborations to life — both on and off the futsal court.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Partnership Support & Execution
- Assist in identifying and approaching potential brand partners and sponsors.
- Support in preparing partnership proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Help coordinate sponsorship activations, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Maintain regular communication with partners and provide updates or reports as needed.
Business Development
- Conduct market research to identify new business and partnership opportunities.
- Support team in negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements.
- Track and update partnership databases, contracts, and performance reports.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, content, and event teams to ensure partner visibility.
- Assist in planning and executing brand activations during events or competitions.
Kualifikasi
💼 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sponsorship, or client management — ideally in sports, events, media, or marketing industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — confident in dealing with brands and clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, creative, and eager to learn about commercial and partnership strategies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for sports, especially futsal or football, is a big plus!
