Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- To conduct foundational market research regarding the market landscape of products or features to be developed
- To led end-to-end process including market pool analysis (e.g. market sizing, potential customer, market penetration, customer behavior, product readiness, etc)
- To understand product development focus and milestone
- To define and analyze business process issues
- To plan, design, and launch efficient system design solutions in support of product development
- To collaborate in the planning, design and development with other team
- To prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in product uses
- To report all planning and design in a document (included all updates)
- To review design and research plan/report
Kualifikasi
- Have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in analytical roles, market research or similar
- Previous experience in Marketing Analytics, Market Research, Digital Bank, Assurance Services, and/or Wealth Management is preferred.
- Ability to conduct research into process business issues and products as required
- Ability to monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Possess a knowledge of processes modeling, networks, databases, business structure, sales and marketing strategy, cost and benefit analysis, and other relevant technology is a big plus.
- Possess good presentation skills with an ability to explain complex analysis in an understandable manner for a wide target audience
