- Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound channels, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
- Understand client needs and recommend the right solution based on their business challenges.
- Conduct discovery meetings, product presentations, and commercial discussions with key decision makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and follow-up to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear next steps and accurate CRM updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and successful client onboarding.
Kualifikasi
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, persistent, and comfortable working with measurable sales goals.
- High ownership and proactive in moving opportunities forward without constant supervision.
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities at the same time.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment is a plus.
