Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
  2. Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
  3. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Explain to potential customers about the various benefits offered by company products or services; following them up so as to close the business deals
  5. Respond to queries and complaints from clients as regards the company’s products; this should be done in a timely fashion
  6. Develop innovative strategies for retaining clients; this includes undertaking interviews in order to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan
  7. Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
  8. Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
  9. Supervise database of client relationship management and utilize the result to manage customers and the mailing lists
  10. Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
  11. Participate in forums related to the industry; conferences and client discussions. In other words, act as a representative of the company
  12. Teaching the product to the customers

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
  2. Having experience working as a business development officer or similar role min. 1 – 3 years, experiences in SaaS product more prefer
  3. Familiar with E-commerce and Omnichannel System
  4. Strong business acumen.
  5. Good to teach about product knowledge
  6. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
  8. Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  9. Effective communication skills.
  10. Good knowledge storehouse of clients, referrals, REPs, presentations, and prospects
  11. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  12. The ability to travel as needed.
  13. Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking), Mandarin is a plus
