Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Execute sales strategies to identify, build, and strengthen relationships with business owners.
  • Serve clients (business owners) and maintain strong relationships while driving sales growth by implementing strategic growth initiatives for long-term loyalty.
  • Design and execute measurable growth strategies to increase business opportunities, expand markets, and ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze performance by creating regular sales reports to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or anything related.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the service industry, in a national/large-scale company, and handling end users (B2C).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, eager to learn, and has an analytical mindset.
  • Proactive, independent, but also a solid team player.
  • Willing to travel or work outside the office when needed.
