Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Execute sales strategies to identify, build, and strengthen relationships with business owners.
- Serve clients (business owners) and maintain strong relationships while driving sales growth by implementing strategic growth initiatives for long-term loyalty.
- Design and execute measurable growth strategies to increase business opportunities, expand markets, and ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze performance by creating regular sales reports to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or anything related.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the service industry, in a national/large-scale company, and handling end users (B2C).
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, eager to learn, and has an analytical mindset.
- Proactive, independent, but also a solid team player.
- Willing to travel or work outside the office when needed.
