Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Support the creation and execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and other business documents for clients and management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to align business development initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Assist in negotiations and closing deals with potential partners or clients.
Track and report business development activities and results to management.
Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
Willing to go back and forth Jakarta - Surabaya
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Analytical and research skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM or sales tools is a plus.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
