Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities :

Proactively prospecting and engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points
Developing and executing tailored sales strategies to effectively position OttoDigital Group's products and services
Negotiating and closing new business deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for clients
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers
Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Providing regular updates and insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and pipeline progress
Contributing to the development of new sales initiatives and go-to-market strategies

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in new business development or corporate sales, preferably in the technology or digital services industry
Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to identify and articulate client needs
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in short period
Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
