Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships & investations, events, and collaborations
2. Monetize potential partners and sponsorship opportunities for new outlet openings
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
4. Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders
5. Support expansion planning (e.g., new outlet locations, new product launches)
6. Negotiate commercial deals and contracts aligned with business objectives
7. Analyze sales and performance data to propose growth strategies
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Finance
9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partnership meetings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (F&B or retail experience is a big plus!)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
