Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and business opportunities. Develop strategies to acquire new business and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored consulting solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Generate leads, follow up on sales opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve set targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop customized business proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and analyze competitors’ strategies to enhance the firm's value proposition.
  • Work with marketing, project management, and consulting teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm.
  • Prior experience working in a consulting agency or similar environment is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  • Srong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex client needs.
  • Skilled in negotiating deals and closing contracts.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes, especially in the consulting sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
