Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with Brand PICs to design and implement strategies for new brand development and market entry.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks for new business ventures.
- Develop business plans, feasibility studies, and financial projections to support decision-making processes.
- Negotiate with potential partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to establish and secure beneficial agreements.
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and emerging markets to provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.
- Create and maintain reports to track the progress and performance of business initiatives.
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for new brand projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in market analysis tools, financial modeling, and reporting software.
- Knowledge of branding and market positioning is a significant advantage.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
