Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating products and solutions
- Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various platforms
- Exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers
- Focus on client retention by proactively addressing issues, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand clients’ ongoing business challenges and ensure our solutions continue to meet their needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Business, management, or related field.
- A strong background in new business acquisition
- Hunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities, Find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads.
- Minimum 3+ years of SaaS or B2B sales experience driven personality
- Prospecting, meeting & cold calling experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and ability to explain the complicated subject to easily understood.
- High initiative and active working spirit in a dynamic environment.
