Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Analyze market and industry trends to identify business growth opportunities.
Develop and execute effective business development strategies.
Prospect and build relationships with potential partners, new and existing customers.
Lead contract negotiations and business deals.
Oversee the sales cycle from inception to closing, including proposal development and presentations.
Monitor market developments and be responsive to changing customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, production and finance to achieve business goals.

Kualifikasi

Proven work experience in business development.
Strong communication skills and excellent negotiation skills.
Sharp analytical skills to identify market opportunities.
Expertise in building and maintaining strong business relationships.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Bachelor's degree in any major or marketing major related field is a plus.
